Sad that the guy responsible for such a great series like Firefly has gone full libtard. I guess all the adulation has stopped up his critical faculties.

I just read his bio...he ALWAYS has been a faaaaaaaar lefty idiot with a foul mouth and a mean streak ( when talking about ANY GOPer )and damned lucky that his grandfather and father were born before him. Yes, he’s trading on his family’s previous T.V. & movie connections.
I missed Firefly during its original run. I had never watched any previous Whedon shows, either. Someone started a FR thread about "best conservative movies", and someone suggested Serenity. I looked it up, only to find out that Serenity was a sequel to the short-lived series Firefly. So, I watched the 13 episodes of Firefly and finished with Serenity. With its vision of a gun-grabbing oppressive government, and some heroes loosely based on former Confederates, I would have thought Whedon was a conservative. Now I know he's just a dipshit.
