But the RATS rule the roost in California, and when the environmentalist wackos say “Jump!” the RATS in Sacramento and elsewhere in the state say, “How high?” The RATS also say to the enviros, “Thank-you for those campaign contributions! Keep ‘em coming!”
And then when their policies blow up in their face, they'll blame the Republican President for their woes.
