Saw a story here just a few days ago about a young girl that was raped and dismembered to death after her own mother had been selling her. It’s sadly not that uncommon.
We need to bring back old sparky for proven child rapists/killers/pimps. Turn the voltage all the way down to “slow cook” and make videos to set an example
But the extra dollop of cruelty, the gratuitous sadism manifested in your recommended punishment is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
