Same here.
Hubby tried to up his Windows 7 to 10 when MS was all in a tizzy demanding everyone upgrade. It killed his computer. He now has Linux and swears Gates should have bought him a new computer.
Windows 7 was my favorite. I intentionally bought a new laptop with 7 on it.
And when I wasn’t looking, somehow Microsoft forced 10 onto my machine.
I was hacked off.
I’ve used 10 for 6 mos now, and it’s okay.
I’m still amazed that Microsoft can’t come up with a browser that doesn’t shut down your computer when it hits a site with advertisements.
So, I use Brave. It’s pretty good and made by the guy that got kicked out of Mozilla(?) for donating to traditional marriage.
Same here. I’ll get a chromebook or something when 7 is over.

Same here. After more than 30 years loosely associated that company, I will start going Linux. Microsoft costs are becoming prohibitive, and their phone-home invasion of intellectual property rights is not acceptable.
