I have loved his interest in American folk music. He curated the sound track for
O Brother Where Art Thou, Walk the Line, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood and
Cold Mountain, among many other films. Those soundtracks are some of my most-played CDs.
As for "Fear Country", I see that the video was uploaded in 2010. Wonder if it was a comment about the soon-to-be-past administration?
