Last semester was honestly the worst semester I’ve had at Penn so far. And all because of one thing: the white professors I’ve had at Penn. It appears that the term “privilege” does not apply to them. Nor do they care to learn what it is.
Imagine being a black student on Penn’s campus with even one of these types of professors. I had three. And each one of those professors either did not care to learn about their white privilege, or lied to me and said that they did.

This idiot is attending a prestigious Ivy League university. Yeah, he’s oppressed all right. I often wonder what the civil rights activists from the 60’s, who had to deal with REAL oppression, would think about a moron such as this. They would certainly have been happy to have the opportunity to attend a prestigious university. That was just not possible then.
We went from “judging men not by the color of their skinbut by the content of their character”, to “I’m black so you must not do anything to offend me”. Well, I’ll stick with MLK Jr., and I judge this guy by the content of his character. He has none.

And how does he think that airing his problems in the campus newspaper is going to help? If one of his profs this semester sees “James Fisher” on the roster, they’re automatically going to think “This one’s trouble.”
This delicate little fascist uses his pretended weakness as a weapon. "You must bow down to my demands, or I will cry." I feel sorry for those whose parents and schools failed them to such an extent. It's sad that UPenn has lowered their standards so far that they would admit someone incapable of participating in rational discussion.
Dollars to donuts this dope is an affirmative action scholarship/acceptance student.
My oldest is crushing it in her undergrad work and is hoping to be accepted to Penn’s graduate program. She’s not going to get any of the same “privilege” this moron almost certainly was given.

These candy ass kids were raised to know they are untouchable, and it has now matured into this. It will only get worse. Their comeuppance will greet them very soon, when they are released into the real world.

He probably has this written on a wall somewhere, or a neck tattoo, thinking that it’s the most brilliant thing ever uttered.

I can imagine how hard it has been for him, how hard the whole of his hard life to say “Thank you...I am grateful I do not live in Somalia or Losheto or South Africa.
