President Elect Trump Meets With Alibaba’s Jack Ma in Trump Tower….

Against the backdrop of a known position by President-elect Trump toward the business and financial monopolization by Amazon and Jeff Bezos, President Trump publicly brings Alibaba CEO Jack Ma to the camera’s in Trump Tower. All except the business media will probably skip over the larger play within this epic display of 3-D leverage creation.

Titan Trump is almost too good at this; spooky good. If he were an adversary, we’d be in big trouble. Thankfully he’s on America’s team. (emphasis added)

China (writ large) and Amazon (domestically) both benefit from the historic constructs of Wall Street’s leveraged globalist approach. In essence, what we are seeing today are two natural sets of anti-American (monopolistic) business and financial interests being positioned against each other to create the leverage needed for an ultimate American win.

Trump is fracturing business globalism. Remember, all large business leaders in modern China are essentially political emissaries. China has been building an economic army for decades.

No-one, repeat NO-ONE, other than Donald Trump could see around these corners and construct this type of leverage:

But the thrust of this article is the leverage it brings to bear against Amazon and Bezos. Totally different analysis of the situation.

Does Carlos Slim have a competitor?

Maybe he should meet with some Bollywood producers too.

Trump is getting a twofer. Hes trying to get more jobs and threatening funding for the fake news peddlers like WAPO.

I used to be an Alibaba customer way back when (mid 2000's). I came to see it as a place I could buy dang near anything in existence, be it trinkets for resale (which has made several US millionaires BTW) up to large scale industrial equipment. Literally, virtually anything. And a lot of it was quite inexpensive. Of course you had to buy in quantity. If I wanted insulated wire, I might need to buy several miles of it. The good news is that you could usually talk them into samples for evaluation for free, which was enough to feed my micro-manufacturing effort.

I have no idea what they have morphed into now, but they seem quite similar to Amazon. The nice thing about this is it would open up asian markets to American small business. And THAT is something new.
