A week ago I slow baked a rib roast, deciding to make some Yorkshire pudding to go along with it.
Never made them before. Used muffin tins, turned out ok. But..
I had some batter left over, Hmmmmm.
(light bulb) By golly the batter is almost the same as a crepe!
Made some crepes the next morning, used sliced banana and crunchy PB for the filling, sprinkled w/ powdered sugar and syrup.
Really good.
That’s an old favorite. It was a Friday favorite....in “The Fasting Years”.
Add some Mayo....and it’s weird, but good!
Add honey an it’s perfect!
