We used to have a resident freeper who gave us all the technicals on how drones, one day, would be used to bring down an airliner.
His detail was so incredibly rich that I believe the Feds came to speak to him.

The problem with police agencies of any type and at any level is they are reactive, not proactive. They are trying to address the predictions business, but so far, it appears they aren’t good at it.
As for me, I had clearances. They’d run my name and say, “meh.”
