It was a new look for the White House, bathed in rainbow colors to celebrate the Supreme Court decision allowing same-sex marriage nationwide.
President Barack Obama, who was inside, felt the glow on that June night in 2015. To see people gathered in the evening outside on a beautiful summer night, and to feel whole and to feel accepted, and to feel that they had a right to love that was pretty cool, he said a few days later. Pretty cool.
That might be a fair description of how Obama himself is viewed by legions of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans who consider him among all U.S. presidents the greatest champion of their rights and well-being. [ ]
Since Trumps election victory, LGBT-rights activists have expressed fears that the new Republican administration will reverse some of Obamas supportive executive orders and back legislation allowing some forms of discrimination against LGBT people if its based on religious beliefs.

Birds of a feather syndrome .
No doubt he is one of them...
When he gushes, Obama’s totalitarian mindset is even more evident.
Government approval means ‘acceptance?’
Someone has a ‘right to love’ issued by government and the courts?
Madness.
Barry’s 1 2
obama promoted a great deal of insanity.
That’s queer
I thought everyone knew barry has been Gay all his life. No idea where the kids came from but there’s two things I do know; neither one looks like either barry or michael and guys can’t have kids.
For the obama’s to champion LGBTxyz issues is fully self-serving; not for the good of the country at all. In fact I would say it goes against what’s best for the country when certain Gay issues are normalized in a society struggling to maintain some semblance of decency. I understand I risk coming across as a prude by saying these things but I don’t care. I accept some people choose the Gay lifestyle. I stay away from it and want nothing to do with it. I only have an issue with it when it’s shoved in my face like what hollyweird is doing now with every tv show and movie by showing gay men and women kissing and doing other things. Most straights don’t like that kind of thing shoved in their face when watching broadcast tv. It’s a risk with paid cable and premium channels and I accept that but still don’t like it. It’s unnecessary and blatant social engineering by a sick faction within the population. While I do accept it; I still don’t think it’s normal but it’s also not my place to say what adults do with their private life.
