Serial killer Charles Manson back in prison after doctors determine he is TOO WEAK for surgery after suffering from intestinal bleeding
US mass murderer Charles Manson is now back in prison after he was found to be too weak to undergo surgery after suffering from intestinal bleeding, media reports said on Friday.
The 82-year-old, who is serving nine life sentences for the 1969 grisly killing of seven people, including pregnant actress Sharon Tate, was reportedly transported from California's Corcoran state prison to a hospital in Bakersfield on Sunday.
The celebrity gossip website TMZ said Manson was supposed to undergo surgery on Thursday but doctors determined he was too weak and the procedure too risky.

Humm. Maybe Michael Moore could make a special appeal to the president to bring in some Cuban doctors could provide him some real health care instead of the medieval care we provide here in the U.S. I am certain they could provide a better outcome!

Yes. My Dad, a lawyer, had that book, and I read parts of it when I was young.

I’ve always known from reading accounts of societies in turmoil (war setback, natural disaster, etc) that there is a significant number of people in your latter category there that are restrained by law and normal society in stable times but who will indulge their darkest fantasies if law and order falls apart.
When I was quite young I read that book. It was my first true crime book. I was scared to DEATH reading it, seeing as how it all happened all around where I lived.
And we used to drive by the house on Cielo Drive late at night and get the shivers as it looked then the same way it had the night of the murders, and was desolate and empty. Now the street, house, everything up there has been changed.
He should demand a sex-change operation.

I still have that book. Those murders haunt me to this day. I think the hippie movement was the beginning of the end of America as we used to know it.
Many years ago, my father was a park ranger in Elision Park in Los Angeles. Sharon Tate was there with a movie company for some scenes. He had the envious task of holding a blanket to shield her when she changed clothes.
