There needs to be stiff fines for wasting Congress’s time with these antics. Short of a few days in jail for contempt of Congress, they need to be whacked hard in their wallets. Or both.

This same group of cretins disrupt sessions in Congress every time they don't get their way. There should be consequences for such grandstanding and immature behavior. There probably are rules in place against such antics but since they're mostly all blacks, Congress ignores there own rules.
