A man was shot in the shoulder Tuesday during a dispute on the Lower East Side, possibly involving people in several vehicles.
The 31-year-old was struck in the left shoulder at the intersection of Hester and Essex streets just after 5 a.m.

This fine gentleman was no doubt on his way to work, it being 5 am and all.
This part of Manhattan’s LES is known as Hell Square.
White BMW parked outside the hospital. There had been an Anonymous Global video online describing a shoot out between some agents of the CIA and the NSA and it mentioned the corner of Essex and Hester street. So I searched the news to see if there had been such an incident. Not that I necessarily believe anything or disbelieve anything here.
