I would agree with that. Romney showed who he REALLY was with his over-the-top nasty speech/personal attack against Trump & his subsequent actions. I’m thinking these days if Romney HAD won, there would have been no Trump for president, no ‘America First’ movement, no stepping back from globalism, etc. In my opinion, & I never thought I’d be saying this, but in the long run, we are going to be better off for having suffered through 4 more years of Omuslim with Trump to follow rather than 4 years of Romney with whoever followed - whether Romney won re-election, or Hilly beat him. Omuslim was so full of arrogance & so sure of a Hilly win, he sabotaged his own legacy by trying to cram things down our throats with EOs, many of which can easily be removed with the stroke of a pen. Omuslim is continuing the self-inflicted sabotage of himself/Dems & is currently shooting himself in the foot (actually, both of them) & opening doors that would not have been opened, a good example being ‘get out of the UN & get the UN out of the US’ going mainstream, etc. As someone said, America was being flushed down the toilet by Omuslim & Romney would only have slowed down the rate the water was swirling in the bowl on the way out. Trump has a legitimate shot at keeping us from going down the toilet & being one of those people who sees the hand of God in Trump overcoming all unbelievable odds to become President, I do pray for him to be successful.
In addition, None of the 16 repubs would have delivered like Trump, assuming they could even win. And that goes double for LYIN’ TED!
You could be correct. A better scenario than years 5 to 8 of BO would have been Trump in 2012, but perhaps he and the nation weren’t ready.
