I AM NOT IN MINNESOTA, HENCE I DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THE DETAILS OF THIS CASE.

I do know that just a few years ago some lacrosse players at Duke were railroaded in such an incident. That is the first thing that came to my mind when I heard of it (and apparently to some of their teammates as well).

These guys may very well be guilty as sin. I don't know. The public perception that I and a whole lot of people who aren't following the local news in Minnesota was that the strike was stopping a repeat of the Duke case.

The Left cried wolf at Duke, and now the rest of us look for that every time.
