Disagree. McAffee is an outlier genius, and his personal life activities don't always go through the same filters as more normal folks. It's an aspect of creative talent. His statement that "anyone capable enough to hack a government is capable of hiding their hacking" is a compelling hypothesis that logically sounds like a strong argument against Russia having done the hacking.
