Mexican man charged with rape had been deported 10 times
WICHITA, Kan. — A Mexican man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus that traveled through Kansas had been deported 10 times and voluntarily removed from the U.S. another nine times since 2003, records obtained by The Associated Press show.
Three U.S. Republican senators — including Kansas’ Jerry Moran and Pat Roberts — demanded this month that the Department of Homeland Security provide immigration records for 38-year-old Tomas Martinez-Maldonado, who is charged with a felony in the alleged Sept. 27 attack aboard a bus in Geary County. He is being held in the Geary County jail in Junction City, which is about 120 miles west of Kansas City.

There’s an opportunity here to make being illegal an aggravating factor in certain crimes, even to make them federal offenses.
They should have started deported PIECES after the 1st catch.

Party-Going Man Accused of Cutting 16-Year-Old Girl’s Throat
The girl’s body was found the morning of Christmas Eve in a garage.

MARKHAM, IL — Prosecutors say a 32-year-old man slit the throat of a 16-year-old girl he met online when he could not pay her for a sexual encounter.
Antonio Rosales is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 16-year-old Chicago girl Desiree Robinson, whose body was found in a garage in the 16200 block of Hamlin Avenue in Markham on Christmas Eve.
Prosecutors in court Friday said Rosales and his sister attended a party on the night of Dec. 23 in the same block where she was later killed. As the party was ending, prosecutors say Rosales found Robinson on Backpage.com and invited her to join them. A witness told prosecutors Robinson came to the party with friends and later had sex with Rosales in his truck, ABC-7 reports.
Rosales allegedly told police he had no money for the encounter, so he punched Robinson and slit her throat inside the garage. He denied the pair had sex.
One “thinking outside the box” approach would be to, instead of spending money to imprison Mexicans in the US, to instead pay Mexico to incarcerate them in Mexican prison.
Mexico could make it a felony under Mexican law to be in the US without a proper visa, but only enforce it against those we catch in the US commit a crime. That way, deporting them would be a simple extradition, which would involve less “due process”.
We would give Mexico a yearly stipend for each person who we no longer want to see in the US. They lose the stipend if we catch the person in the US again. They thus have an incentive to ensure that person is never seen in the US again — however they choose to accomplish it.

When I lived in New York city a soccer coach was basically butchered to death by a Mexican on 14th street right around the block from where I was living. Of course he fled back to Mexico and that was the last anybody ever heard of him which means he’s probably back in the USA under a new name.

If I had my way, any politician that defends or assists someone who is in this country illegally would be immediately removed from office and tried for treason. Liberals tell us “Oh they are just people looking for work”. HOW would they know?? They could be killers, rapists, gang members just as much as “people looking for work”. They ARE a direct threat to the people for that reason alone, and ANY politician that supports that is willingly and knowingly taking sides AGAINST the United states.
There were 10 formal (involuntary) deportations plus 9 voluntary ones for a total of 19.
Plenty of Republicans oppose enforcing the immigration laws, too.
Without Trump stepping up, we would have had another amnesty candidate just like every election since the last amnesty.
