Argument leads to samurai sword slashing in SF’s Outer Sunset

31-year-old man is suspected of slashing a woman’s leg with a samurai sword during an argument in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood, police said.

The suspect, whose name was not released, was arrested by police after the Monday morning incident at 32nd Avenue and Noriega Street.

Under California Laws tis is NOT a “Violent Crime” and with all the NEW laws he will be eligible for Summary Probation and NO JAIL TIME.

He should be OUT by Monday Next Week

... is east of Sunset Blvd. That's not Outer Sunset.

I lived a bit closer to that depressing beach.

OK, I admit that the sound of the waves was good. Other than that, the beach was windy, and it was usually deserted. The water was almost always too cold for swimming. Depressing.

While I did not think of it as a bad neighborhood, one night while I lived there, a man was almost cut in half by a shotgun blast. This happened about half a block from where I lived. Apparently a drug deal went bad.

I don't miss the place.

I do not miss it at all, left in May, was up there for business, went by the place and thought, what a dirty neighborhood.
