The Jeffersons is on one of the retro-TV channels now. I’ve watched some of the episodes and it reminded me that I always used to like to watch it as a kid. One a couple of them, they made George out to be a Republican or supporting the Republicans. Of course, he was doing it to advance his business but he nevertheless was a Republican. It was a different age.
Just play the originals on Network television instead of wasting money trying to redo it. There was that ‘70s Show’ so playing a real show of the 70s should work. Snowflakes watching would see real men again.
