CHESTER COUNTY, SC (WBTV) -
A Chester mother accused of killing her 4-day-old son by putting him in a refrigerator has posted bond and is out of jail.
Angela Blackwell is charged with homicide by child abuse stemming from the death of her son, William, in February 2016. She was given a $25,000 bond late Thursday afternoon.
Prosecutors said Blackwell left the infant in the refrigerator for around three hours.

I read some more articles on this chick. It seems she is mentally disabled in some form or another. It did not say what the disorder was but when you watch videos of her in court you can see she’s not right. I guess her family thought she was okay to have/raise kids. I really suggest her husband rethink this.
If they don't want them, give them up for adoption. There are many fine people who want children but can't have them.
Been trying to find out more about this woman. Like stated she’s mentally disabled. According to the article below and other articles online she “has the mental capacity of a fourth-grader”.
Now before everyone jumps the gun and says she should have never had kids let it be known that mentally retarded people have children all the time and stuff like this does not happen. However it’s probably a good idea to have an aid to help these people when they do have children. This woman already had a three year old so I guess they thought she was fine. Still though since she had a low IQ someone should have (coulda woulda shoulda) been there for the second child.
She did have family to help her, husband, parents. When her husband was at work her mom should have been there. That’s just my 2 cents.

10 people living in that small house???? Any one of them could have done this and blamed her! She has the IQ of an ash tray and could be easily be made to take the fall.

That thought crossed my mind. I’m going to hope he really cared for her as a person. I saw him in court, along with her parents and pastor. I want to believe he had her best interest at heart. Maybe he knew her all his life and wanted to care for her? Who knows..who knows.

10 people...now are some of those kids? Could see a kid doing something like this then blaming her. If it was an adult then they did it because the baby was crying and they were annoyed? Or maybe someone in this house did this out of spit to “get rid” of this woman? I sure hope cops questioned everyone.

True but you would not let a fourth grader babysit your kid. Yet this man makes her the mother of his children. Being a mother is a big job even for someone who has the IQ of a 12th grader. Have to wonder “what were they thinking?”
