Stealing a rifle from a supermarket?
Why not?
Isn’t that strange? Don’t know what the supermarkets in Arizona are like. :)
It's right next to the ketchup.
Here in southern Oregon both WasMart and Fred Meyer carry rifles, a full line of ammunition, and full on groceries. Either is suitable for all routine food shopping.
I have come to believe that all supermarkets should carry firearms, why have the "super" part if they don't.
There’s a place called T&R market near Gallup, NM. It has groceries, pawn, guns and ammo and sells gasoline. Guns in a supermarket isn’t really a stretch to believe.
Not so terribly long ago and probably not far from where you’re posting today, there were these things called “General Stores” and “Mercantiles” where goods of every kind were sold: food, clothing, fabric, hardware, etc. Guns were usually found in the “Hardware” section and you could even buy ammunition by the round since there were times when some folks couldn’t afford a full box but still needed to fill the stew pot.
