FULL TITLE: Abortion Activists to Send Bloody Tampons to Texas Gov to Protest Requiring Burial for Aborted Babies
Abortion activists have been turning to increasingly immature and potentially illegal actions in recent months in response to situations where they did not get their way.
Their latest move is to urge women to send blood-soaked tampons to Texas pro-life Gov. Greg Abbott in protest of a new state rule requiring that aborted babies’ bodies be cremated or buried.
The new rule, introduced in July by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, requires that abortion facilities, hospitals and other medical centers either cremate or bury the remains of aborted and miscarried babies. State officials said the rule does not apply to miscarriages or abortions that take place at home.
The commission finalized the rule in late November. It is scheduled to go into effect on Dec. 19.
The Daily Dot reports no one is taking credit for a recent Facebook post telling women that it’s their “civic duty” to send their used tampons to the governor.
However, Texas abortion clinic worker Ele Chupik shared it Monday on Facebook, and more than 12,000 people have shared Chupik’s post since then, according to the report.
The post reads: “YO TEXAS LADIES/ IM SURE U HEARD/ AS OF DECEMBER 19TH: all miscarried and aborted fetal tissue must be cremated or buried in the state of Texas. So, if you aren’t sure about the fertilized status of your used tampons, panty liners or indefinitely ruined underpants, place them in a 4×6 bubble envelope and mail them to the office of Governor Greg Abbott for testing. It’s your civic duty.”

It probably is illegal. The U.S. Postal Service has extremely strict guidelines for mailing bodily fluids because they are considered hazardous.
A Satanist leader also is urging people to send semen-soaked socks and rags to the governor’s office to protest the new rule. Satanist Jex Blackmore did warn people that sending bodily fluids through the postal service “may get you in trouble, so do this at your own risk.”
The new Texas rule elevates aborted babies’ bodies to require the same dignified treatment as other human bodies.
During a commission hearing in August, supporters said the rules are necessary because abortion facilities treat unborn babies’ bodies like garbage and sometimes dump them down public sewer drains, Fox 7 reported. Texas state Rep. Mark Keough mentioned a gruesome case in 2005 when a woman who worked near a Houston abortion facility saw tiny aborted babies’ limbs and other body parts in a parking lot when a sewer line broke.
Previously, abortion facilities could dispose of aborted babies’ bodies in landfills or give them to research groups.
More states are moving to require dignified burials of aborted babies’ bodies after undercover videos revealed evidence that Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities may be selling aborted babies’ body parts. The Center for Medical Progress videos prompted a number of states and the U.S. House to open investigations into the matter.
In Ohio, the state attorney general’s investigation found that Planned Parenthood was “steam cooking” aborted babies’ bodies before dumping them in landfills. A state investigation in South Carolina also caught Planned Parenthood facilities illegally dumping aborted babies’ bodies in public landfills, and fined them for it.

These people are a special type of sick. Considering how blood products are handled in hospitals, it should be against the law to mail someone an item that could be contaminated.
Potentially illegal! Who knows what lethal viruses these things can contain.And sending such dangerous materials through the mail...state to state...just might be a *Federal* crime.

Blood is considered a boiohazardous waste, and a threat to the public. That’s why they have specific guidelines on its disposal. They’d definitely be violating the law.
