impk,
what is the interest level in tiebreaker trivia
ATL vs TB
DET vs MN and GB
OAK vs DEN and KC
HOUS INDY TENN
BA vs PT
wildcard
DEN vs MIA PITT INDY TENN BUFF etc
TB vs MN GB Aints PHIL, etc
ATL vs TB
tiebreaker looks like it will go to SOV where ATL has an advantage.
.542
.446
that is an 8-game advantage. Huge. TB needs to win the DIV record by having ATL lose a DIV game.
ATL TB uncommon games
ATL 1-1
TB 1-0-1 with DAL remaining
BA vs PT
PT is 2-0 uncommon, BA 1-1, so BA has clinched common.
BA has clinched tie in H2H and DIV
so BALT has clinched the tiebreaker over PITT
Kansas City
KC has clinched the tiebreaker vs OAK
clinched non-div so DIV goes to KC
vs. DEN
uncommon KC is 1-1
DEN is 1-0-1 Pats remain.
DEN only chance is:
it could go to SOV and KC has about a 5 game advantage now.
Impy’s Picks Week 14 (Week 13, 9-6)
RAIDERS
STEELERS
BRONCOS
BUCS
REDSKINS
OLDE CHI CARDINALS
CHARGERS
BENGALS
LIONS
COLTS
VIKINGS
JETS (don’t make a fool of me, NY!)
FALCONS
SEAHAWKS
COWBOYS
PATRIOTS
Love the icons you got for my teams btw, now if only they were playing better!
Yuge for Baltimore.
The NFL is for beta-male cucks.
Thursday, Dec. 8
8:25 p.m. ET Raiders at Chiefs The game of the week and it's on Thursday night! Both teams have been playing well. But the Chiefs.... somehow they have been pulling off miracle wins the last three weeks. That type of winning is not sustainable. As for the Raiders, they have really hit their stride. A win here pretty much wraps up the division and a first round bye. Raiders!
Sunday, Dec. 11
1 p.m. ET Steelers at Bills. Ah, the poor Bills. Tough loss after tough loss. The Steelers are locked with the Ravens in a division fight and it doesn't seem they have a shot at a wild card so they have to keep pace with the Ravens. The Bills aren't going to stop them. Steelers.
1 p.m. ET Broncos at Titans The Titans - yes the Titans! - have a shot at the division title. The Broncos have problems on offense, mainly they have no offense. Going with the upset. Titans.
1 p.m. ET Saints at Buccaneers Bucs are on a six-game win streak. The Saints have been more up and down than a yo-yo this season. Going with the hot team. Bucs.
1 p.m. ET Redskins at Eagles I think Carson Wentz just realized that the NFL season is sixteen games long, as opposed to the college schedule of twelve. And has accordingly tanked. Redskins.
1 p.m. ET Cardinals at Dolphins Just when I thought the Cardinals were dead, they rise up and beat the Redskins. Conversely, the Dolphins crashed back to earth last week. This week, make that crash and burn. Cardinals.
1 p.m. ET Chargers at Panthers How bad is the Panthers season? Bad. And Sunday it gets worse as the Chargers beat them - if Philip Rivers doesn't throw four picks. A big if! Chargers.
1 p.m. ET Bengals at Browns I'm thinking the Browns get a win sometime this season.... And this week provides their best remaining shot. Against all odds and logic... BROWNS!!!!
1 p.m. ET Bears at Lions Great opportunity for wildlife metaphors here... But the long and short of it is... the Lions will devour the Bears. Lions.
1 p.m. ET Texans at Colts Re-ascendant Colts continue re-ascending. Colts.
1 p.m. ET Vikings at Jaguars Vikings... from 5 - 0 to 6 - 6. After Sunday, make that 6 - 7. Jaguars.
4:05 p.m. ET Jets at 49ers A game for the rights to the 2017 Number 1 pick (Oops! The Browns are involved in that race too!). My no-Niners policy decrees I must pick the Jets. Jay - Eee - Tee - Ess! Jets!
4:25 p.m. ET Falcons at Rams The education of Jared Goff continues as the Falcons take the Lambs to the woodshed. Falcons.
4:25 p.m. ET Seahawks at Packers The Packers have thrown away too many games to make a run. The Seahawks, while not as strong on the road as at home, will be good enough to beat the Pack at the no-longer so doom-inspiring Lambeau Field. Seahawks.
8:30 p.m. ET Cowboys at Giants Cowboys face a rematch with the only team that's beaten them this season. the 'Boys are not the same team they were in Week 1 - they're a lot better. Cowboys.
Monday, Dec. 12
8:30 p.m. ET Ravens at Patriots Tough luck for the Ravens having to travel to Foxboro and face the Pats. Yes that was a good win over the Dolphins but the Patriots are a whole 'nother matter and the Ravens don't have the offensive weapons to keep up with them (no matter how good Justin Tucker is). Patriots.
And one more thing....
GO ARMY! BEAT NAVY!

Gadzooks, slip of the tongue... eh-- Will fix on next posting to the correct:
How's 'bout them Old Dallas Texans?
Chiefs beat those Raiders.
Suddenly, the Chiefs are in front in the AFC West, clinch tiebreaker with Oakland.
Time to start taking the Chiefs more seriously.
KC also has tiebreaker over DEN. look at DIV records
HOUS has clinched tiebreaker over TENN due to DIV record
look at uncommon
HOU 0-1-1
INDY 1-1
TENN 2-0
Indy has clinched Head-to-head and common over TENN. ***clinched tiebreaker. Clinched over TENN in 3-way, due to DIV record of HOU.
there is no tiebreaker that INdy wins over HOUS. They can tie h2h, div, common, conf. They trail badly in SOV ... so unofficially, HOUS has the tiebreaker over INDY. “clinched”
