Perhaps you should look hereIt's the same article cited by both government and private enterprise.
The bottom line of delivering goods is the bottom line, so economical (less expensive) delivery to the consumer is the ONLY bottom line item for the consumer that needs a product but can't afford it.

It will inconvenience everyone in any given city.
City's are supplied and run by the Diesel vehicle.
After this, Gas(Petrol) engines will be found to emit something annoying too.....
