1,733 sq ft unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

Holy crap! In '92, we bought a 1500 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for $62K - it seems it should be worth a few million now because it also has 2-1/2 acres and a wooded view...

And you aren’t being squashed with all the neighbors and no stairs to climb when the elevators break down. Bet you have a good water well without all those city chemicals. No pollution alert days. No noisy city sirens 24/7. No muggings on the way out the front door. And you can relax on your back porch and grill a steak without getting permission from the complex manager or the HOA dictating what color curtains you hang.
