I haven't put out a thread in a long time but I have been reading so much about this recount stuff and Electoral College threats that I'm very worried. I can't feel the joy of the Trump win until this stuff is over. Freepers please ease my mind if you can. Is there any chance at all that these evil people can take this win away? There is such deep corruption in the system and I know the elites will do ANYTHING to keep their power I just need assurance this can't happen. I want to enjoy this awesome historical movement but in my soul I can't yet. Help this troubled man please. Thank you.

For one thing, you will see some garbage from the AP and Washington Post this afternoon about the “recount” cutting trump’s lead by 22,000 votes, from 71,000 to 49,000. False. Yesterday, the City of Philadelphia completed its canvass of absentees and provisional voters (including the city drunks and deadbeats who didn’t vote at the polls) and posted an additional 25,000 votes for Clinton, bringing Trump’s lead down to 46,000. TODAY, other counties reported in their absentees and provisionals and Trump went to a lead of 46,600 - he GAINED 3600 votes today, he did NOT lose them in a recount, contrary to what Mr. Carlos Slim’s “newspaper” will tell you tonite.
It’s going to be fine. Didn’t you know in your heart that Donald Trump was going to win the election? Divine intervention.
I’m trying too and already the replies are easing my mind.
In my mind if Hillary steals the election it will kick off civil unrest from OUR SIDE, the likes of which this country has never seen before. I’m fine with that.
It can’t happen. Enough Republicans in state govt., state supreme courts and electoral college to prevent it. Jan. 20 is coming.

The headlines are there to make you feel exactly what you’re feeling, and to gin up support from the loony lefties. Don’t click on them, don’t read them. In a few weeks, sip some champagne while listening to President Trump’s inaugural speech.
