Stein has filed recount requests in other counties around the state.
If you can’t flip PA, its basically over.

True, but this one county is Montgomery county, IOW Philadelphia.
Look if there’s no recount in Philadelphia, the whole thing is pointless.
And even if there was a recount, Hillary would get at most a few hundred more votes at the margins out of the county.
Not enough to swing the state.

Philadelphia is not the place to find Trump votes to switch to Hillary. They are already almost all Hillary. What could be found there would be voter fraud. I don’t understand how a recount can be done in some precincts but not all. This is a recipe for cheating.
I don't like the guy, but I'll be the first to admit that he's got a keen sense of where the political winds blow in Pennsylvania.
I believe Trump got more than 100,000 votes in Philadelphia County. He did better than Romney. And Clinton did better than Obama, too (563,000 votes vs. 557,000).
Its like Detroit - maybe they’ll find 500-600 more votes for Hillary. Whoops!

This is all laying groundwork for them to demand popular vote/end electoral college.
Hillary won omly 57 of,over 3000 counties in the us. The electoral college makes every county relevant. Popular vote would only make these 57 counties relevant.
They’ll never get rid of the electoral college. No way enough state legislatures would vote to amend the constitution.

I hope that something stops the expensive and lengthy MI recount—it’s already been done!!!! The WI recount will be over with quickly (by next week?), because the hand recount was denied by a judge!!
Meanwhile, one by one, the leaders of the Green Party are deserting and disowning Stein and her recount. Even Hillary is deserting her!!! It’s high time for this whole thing to stop completely!!
The same goes for the next round—messing with the Electors to get them to give the election to Crooked Hillary. The American people have had more than enough!!!!

I think Philadelphia is in Philadelphia County - Montgomery County is suburban Philly.
IMHO, its long long long past due for him to be put on trial......and all his filthy lucre to be placed in a Compensation Fund for all of his victims
around the world
(and recompensing his victims will keep the $$ out of his kids’ hands, too.....a very very good thing to do since he’s raised his kids to carry on his evil manipulations with that money after he finally croaks) it is way past due that the world be relieved of this scourge, imho
