Might taste a little funky with really old fresh meat.
Not sure about tasting funky but it definitely will taste a lot different than what they are used to eating. If they do the mix correctly, it won’t have all that filler that people are accustomed to eating. Probably chose their new test market carefully. Lots of people in Oklahoma are used to eating real beef which may help ensure their success in this venture.
