Yes, Soros did own Smartmatic, makers of the Diebold machines and he sold it to Dominion who is the largest mfg of such machines. But Soros’ group retained control of all the IP for all these machines. So yes, Soros is in a position to rig the vote tallies.
I was not the only one reporting on this. There were Trump supporters in a deeper background that were monitoring that situation in much more detail and they had a plan which I was never privy too.
Somehow the Soros people did not follow through or were thwarted. That gave a lot of people including me a great sigh of relief.
That doesn’t mean the problem is non-existent. Quite the contrary. The problem is so pervasive, that Australia begins testing Block Chain Technology for voting next year.
It’s not a conspiracy nutcase issue if Australia thinks they should do something about it.

There are indeed conspiracy kooks on the left and right. But the discussion of this thread is factual. Wisconsin is going to a full hand recount and the same people that got that to happen are moving on PA and MI too. That’s not conspiracy theory.
If you don’t think some democrat operatives are expert at stealing elections, then you may want to pay attention. Days ago, people were laughing at Jill Stein, scoffing at her claims. Well now, they’re not laughing.
I am just passing on the information I sadly learned from 2 high-level election thefts in my state from the 2000s. I would like forget them, but I can’t.
They guessed wrong at the amount of fraud necessary -- hence Hillary's visit to the elections official in Broward County FL shortly before the election; hence the usual shenanigans of crooked leftist judges ordering polls to stay open late in predominantly Dem districts only; hence Egg McMuffin's candidacy, hence Terry McAuliffe's restoring the voting status of tens of thousands of felons in Virginia.
