Interesting question. Yes, she was in the election, but there is no conceivable amount of vote fraud that could change the outcome in such a way that SHE would be the winner. So, what are her damages?

Like I said, it won’t get that far. But here’s the bottom line if it did:

She would pay a lot of money for nothing for a recount that won’t change any votes outside the margins.

Stupid cow.

Actually according to the WI laws, anyone who was a candidate can ask for a recount. WI petition has to be in by Monday and MI and PA later in the week. Will check further if she has to pay up front first.
