My brother was stationed at Fort Campbell and they got a dusting of snow. They shut the whole town down, including the base. He told me it looked like a ghost town.
I live in the Central Valley of California and we get snow about every 10-15 years. If it is enough to stick yes, it will shut the town down. We’re not equipped for any amount of snow.
