This means that, eventually, any and all healthcare information will be obtainable by interested government agencies. Make no mistake, Obamacare turns this EMR into a data mining engine for the government. If you have ever been prescribed anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications, the BATFE would have access to that info...eventually. and, depending on the mood of the POTUS at the time, that information could be used to block a firearms sale or to retroactively determine that you falsified your ATF form 4473 when you purchased a firearm.
