At the facility I work at, ALL bodily fluids are considered hazmat at all times. Even that tissue you wiped your 2 year old's nose with. Really. If it hits the floor, housekeeping has to do a terminal clean in the area. Every time.

I used to, for a very short period of time, work security at a hospital. One day a car pulled up and the older lady in the passenger seat opened the door and puked. the lane was shut down and the hospital hazmat crew was called.
