Not going to defend Dimon but I kinda believe that too. They are delaying invoking it as, I believe, a stalling tactic while trying to find some escape route from the vote. If the judiciary says it can't go, they will rejoice in Whitehall.
There is no way Donald Trump or any republican would ask Dimon to be Treasury Sec. I call BS on this story.
That position needs to go to Paul (Ron or Rand, either will do.)
