Let Obama pardon her and have that stain on his presidency. His narcissistic ego cannot afford his legacy to be damaged.

Your are 100% right. Hillary should decline any pardon, saying, “I have accepted responsibility for everything I have done, and the FBI has said that there is no case”.

They don’t have a choice to accept or reject a pardon. A pardon would be Hussein saying that Mrs Bill committed crimes.
I does not hinder prosecutions for whatever acts she did that contravene state laws in the relevant jurisdictions.
