Trumps first move should be to appoint a judge and then immediately after that he should ask that ginsburger be removed since she made a political comment and voiced her opinion during the election. Even though she apologized the damage was done to her and she should be forced out.

It was disturbing to discover that the local sheriff, a Democrat, chose which laws to enforce and which not to. I also had discussions with the state’s attorney’s office, also Democrats, and they called it “prosecutorial discretion.” They were quite open about it. The law is the law if they say it is. I suspect it operates that way all the way to the top.
