I don’t expect socialists like Hollande to be expert on the US Constitution. I certainly do expect him to hate it, though.
He is only mouthing off about it because he is up against stone wall in France re: reelection. He is a cheap coward on everything and only wants to get a little spotlight on himself appealing to the far left crowd.
