Login credentials for over 412 million users of adult websites run by California-based FriendFinder Networks Inc. were compromised last month in the largest hack of 2016, according to breach notification website LeakedSource.com.
Compromised data includes nearly 340 million credentials for Adultfriendfinder.com, which bills itself as “the world’s largest sex and swinger community,” some 63 million records from video sex-chat site cams.com and about 7 million records from adult magazine site Penthouse.com, LeakedSource said in a blog published on Sunday.
Asked if the account from LeakedSource was accurate, the company provided Reuters with a statement saying it had brought in outside experts to help review the matter.

I can guess who the hacked info and videos will be sold to-and it isn’t a good thing...

No matter who hacked the site, if any info is sold to predators who find victims online, it could be far more serious than just exposing a bunch of people’s sex lives to public ridicule-extortion is the least thing that could happen-remember the Craig’s List killer and the Long Island serial killer?
On Ashley Madison weren’t 99% of the female accounts actually just computer-generated? Probably the same for this one. Lots of sad dudes, but very little actual adultery or non-computerized “friends”.

Adulterers hurt other people. Betrayed partners (and those who were hurt in other ways) expose the betrayal. My sympathy here is pretty thin.
Not only were they cooling around, they were so stupid they left a trail in a venue where what has happened was likely to happen essentially. Libidos aren't very smart. Don't let them be in charge of your actions.

Anyone who thinks Adult Friend Finder is a legit dating website is so monumentally stupid they shouldn’t be allowed outdoors without a helmet and a minder.
I think anyone who goes to social media sites-no matter what they are promoting-including farcebook-is either blissfully unaware that they are visible to predators or simply doesn’t think anything can happen-I had a female coworker once whose info was hacked from an evangelical Christian chat room/social media site-and some guy used the info to stalk her-common sense says bad people are everywhere-masquerading as someone safe...
I’m a Tejana with a terrible Latin temper-but I don’t condone adultery, but neither do I take any delight in hearing that someone who never stole, raped, defrauded or murdered someone had the same happen to them-no one deserves to be the victim of that kind of crime unless they have done the same to someone.
Technically speaking, swinging is just a euphemism for wife swapping or open marriage-both spouses knowing what the other is doing, and with whom-having been married to a career military man, I’ve known military couples who were into that-never understood the attraction, myself..
