I have the feeling that Trump hotel is going to be hosting more government officials, foreign leaders, dignitaries and VIP’s for the next 50 years than you can imagine or are yet born.
I can see him joking about it with his sons, or a longtime confident like Christie or Giuliani.

The Old Executive Office Building (OEOB) is actual offices used by White House staff, with conference rooms, etc. and is part of the White House complex of buildings. It’s like a regular office building. No one lives there.
You are probably thinking of the Blair House, across the street from the White House and OEOB,where presidents-elect typically stay in the days preceding the Inauguration. Trump most likely will chose to stay at the Trump Intl Hotel except for the unlikely event the SS says there’d be a problem.
I suggest a LARGE ozone machine for a few days.
