For what it's worth department...... I don't believe Hillary will have any
of these before Obama's Presidency is over.

Snip

2. Federal convictions only

Under the Constitution, only federal criminal convictions, such as those adjudicated in the United States District Courts, may be pardoned by the President. In addition, the President's pardon power extends to convictions adjudicated in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and military court-martial proceedings. However, the President cannot pardon a state criminal offense. Accordingly, if you are seeking clemency for a state criminal conviction, you should not complete and submit this petition. Instead, you should contact the Governor or other appropriate authorities of the state where you reside or where the conviction occurred (such as the state board of pardons and paroles) to determine whether any relief is available to you under state law. If you have a federal conviction, information about the conviction may be obtained from the clerk of the federal court where you were convicted.

> I’ll even accept a pardon of Hillary if she, Bill, and Chelsea shut down the Foundation and disappear, forever —

Exactly what I was thinking. Look for an announcement over the next couple of months that the Clinton foundation is being rolled into something else because Bill and Hillary are having “health ruble’s” and want to spend more time together as a family.

So what was Nixon pardoned for?

Read the proclamation: http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=4696

Google is an amazing thing.

You can't pardon a Foundation and pardons cannot absolve civil liability

Many foundation crimes are state or international where Obama has non jurisdiction

An Obama pardon would be as much a curse as benefit because it would expose the Clinton crimes and piss off the American public

The Clinton's are tied to criminals all over the world.

The Clintons just cost a lot of very bad people a lot of money

These very bad people do not enjoy being investigated and they have already made Clinton problem people assume room temperature

And none of this has happened with Hillary, right? And if/when it does happen, Obama will have been long since gone. Apples and oranges.

Unless Obama pardons her for any law that she might have broken during her whole life. Kind of silly but maybe I am missing your point.

Ford did it for Nixon so there’s precedent.

Surely you guys wouldn’t trust the Clintons to keep their side of any bargain? Once pardoned, they would do whatever they pleased.

Good point, you're probably right
