Assign groups for every federal agency, issue, executive order, policy, law, etc. put in place since Bill Clinton took office and make plans to remove all of them. For Example, eliminate the EPA, Dept. of Education, the Commerce Dept. and many others. In other words, as in Zero Based Budgeting, justify every person and dollar spent from the ground up...no justification...remove it!!!
Yup.
Don’t just trim the budget.
Slash and burn it.
Hack it to little quivering pieces.
This is going to be so fun to watch.
I don’t know if Trump realizes that obstacles he faces in getting rid of government waste but it will be fun watching it.
Go back to Jimmy Carter!!! Maybe even FDR.
There is so much that Trump needs to do - but the first thing he really needs to get involved with is reforming the VA.
If it means calling every regional VA director and every Hospital director to the White House for a no punches pulled pow-wow, then so be it.
If he’s committed to “draining the swamp” as we like to say, this would be a good place to start. There’s no downside to getting involved in this issue.
JFK created the Unionization of Fed employees by executive order. Guess how to nullify it?
I’m sure the Executive Orders have already been examined and designated as “leave” or “overturn”.
And call in the top ten, twenty, fifty career people at the FBI and Justice and IRS for interviews on what was happening at these agencies in recent months (FBI) and years (Justice and IRS).
Send a signal that the career guys are going to tell all, and that the political rats are going to be held accountable, go on trial, be faced with evidence of malfeasance in office, and in the end, go to jail for their crimes.
Evaluation is a waste of time and resources. Abolish the Agencies down to the original 4. Keep those 4 but cut off much of State’s area of operation and staff.
Could you imagine.
The first guy gives his report, Trump looks and says that he’s lying, shows him where he cooked the books and fires him on the spot. Next.
I knew a guy who was President of a $500,000 subsidiary of a $4B Swiss Company. The story goes that he tried to snow the Swiss Bankers at the parent company with some fancy accounting and was let go during the meeting.
I can see Trump doing just that.
But you can’t fire me, I work for the Government.
Really, OK, You’re demoted. What’s the lowest level job on your payroll? Good, that’s your new career.
A delusional friend thinks Obama can put anybody on the Supreme Court he wants without Congressional approval AND Executive Orders cannot be rescinded.
Some truly misinformed folks out there.
A friend believes that he should start by interviewing the head of IT at each agency. Give them a chance to come clean and tell where all the bodies are.

Get rid of the regulations, then lay off all the government employees responsible for their enforcement. It’s about headcount. There are ~ 9,000,000more government employees than manufacturing employees.
Should he pull an Obama, and start holding press conferences while standing behind a podium with “Office of the President Elect”?
Yes!
Other actions that can be taken:
* Go back to the old definition of title 9 in Education to not include transgenders, not include rape tribunals that assume men are guilty
* End sue and settle lawsuits, especially by the EPA, used to force legislative action from the administration (actually by the environmentalists inside and outside the office)
* Reverse the DACA act, deport the illegal aliens.
* Withdraw federal funding for sanctuary cities the same way Obama threatened to withdrawn federal funding from states that didn’t obey his Department of Education mandates
* Reverse the federal contracting guidelines that give preference to companies that have “diversity” programs and mandates. It is cheaper to socially engineer a workforce than build a better product or service, so this is done by all the major defense contractors and other companies. It also leads to many X-studies grads getting hired to give said diversity training or administer the paperwork for the contracts. Kill the incentive to follow the diversity train, see private money that funds this crap and incentivizes graduates in it to stop.
* Use the RICO Act against the Open Society Foundation (Soros) for trying to influence an election.
* Use RICO and any other law against every shell group the DNC used to incite violence against conservatives in order to blame on the conservatives, a la Project Veritas revelations per Creamer
* End refugee resettlement immediately.
* A lot of the other regulations and changes recommended by Michael Savage’s book “Scorched Earth”.
Ideally, a heck of a lot of them quit and Trump doesn’t replace them.
Don’t forget to fire all those damn czars!!!
