The first and easiest is cancel all of Obama’s Executive Orders showing that Trump also has a pen and a phone.
He needs to nullify EVERY executive order that doesn’t deal directly with war fighting, or the Atomic Entergy Act. Doing this would eliminate DHS, DOEd, EPA, BIA, etc.

3. Stop the flow of unvetted refugees into the US, or at least put them in Martha’s Vineyard, Marin County, Hollywood, and Chappaqua (I’m sure there are a few other worthy locations...).
4. Submit to Congress a balanced budget.
