I’m pretty sure that there are Postal rules against employees committing crimes, as well as using Postal vehicles in the commission of a crime.
This guy needs to be fired, his pension taken away, and hauled off to prison for theft and trespassing.

A young woman was caught on camera doing the same thing here in So. Oregon. The owner offered to NOT press charges if she would bring back the signs. She didn’t. Have not heard if she was arrested. I don’t expect our local PC cops would arrest her.
