It is being held, until the right time. Then it will be dispersed to mooselimb, MS-13 neighborhoods and to “holder’s people” so they can make it far into the suburbs.
This is what I assumed it was going to be used for from day 1. The funny thing will be when they find out that the suburbanites are not who they were led to believe they were on TV. But hey, the corn fields around the Midwest will be well fertilized for decades to come.
