At the end of the show, he basically said Karl Rove made a convincing case and that Hillary was likely to win. He then made a point to say that Trump is a sexist and racist. I had to switch over to Fox Business.

If -- assuming Hillary Clinton is going to win, she can't come in with the old retreads, all appointments, all the people who have been there and Clinton administrations. There's been a lot of criticism, and you see it in these e-mails, about the team around her, is it going to be -- can she -- could she say a new leaf. The same with Trump. If he, for some reason, becomes president, is he then --

WALLACE: It wouldn't be some reason. It would be because he got the majority of the vote.

Now, maybe there is something else in the transcript where Woodward says Crooked is likely to win. Rove says that, many times. But I don't find where Woodward does. He follows his acknowledgment of Rove's case with a but-monkey.
