Dogs that get “out of control” should not be taken into public situations, where they may scare people.

I blame the owner, not the animal.

Bummer. Bystanders being struck never looks good.

On a side note, I wouldn’t go to Venice if I was offered a complementary fully stocked limo for the trip. The last place I want to be is where mental cases take their out of control pit bulls for walks in areas where there are tons of foot traffic.
