‘Powdered alcohol’ is banned in most states.

I believe the common outrageous abuse is snorting it.

It’s just microencapsulated alcohol. There is also ‘powdered water’ for baking; microencapsulated water molecules. The capsule melts at baking temp, releasing moisture into the baked product.
