I wanted Cleveland, but I’m happy that we got treated to what may arguably be the best World Series in a long, long time.
Hopefully this will be a new Golden Age of Baseball, and people rediscover why it’s still the best game there is.

So much for Nate Silver’s recent snark article that the Cubs, after falling behind, had less of a chance of winning the World Series than Trump had of winning the presidency. Apparently, his models don’t account for metrics like heart, enthusiasm, and the growing, tired decline of the opponent. Care to comment, Nate?
