This doesn’t make sense. Indicting her before election day and then pardoning her would certainly not be helpful to her chances in the election. That would be the worst possible outcome for her election chances, so I don’t see why the administration would be favoring it (if this claim is correct).
I don’t think the implication is the election, the implication it is so bad she should be in jail, and that Obama will have exposure too.
