What happened to the big deal Assange promised for today that would lead to an arrest?

Assange said “before Nov 1, I believe. Given his sense of humor he has displayed, (posting Wikileaks in HRCs birthday) I suspect he will do it around midnight on Halloween tonight, but don’t know which time zone.

I really don’t like the way he is playing around with this important information. Just get it out there and let folks rummage around to find the nuggets of interest woulld have been my preference.
